Mirum Pharmaceuticals Prices $600 Million Private Debt Offering

04:24 AM EDT, 05/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Mirum Pharmaceuticals (MIRM) priced a private offering of $600 million of 0% convertible senior notes due June 1, 2032, for about $583.8 million in expected net proceeds, the company said late Tuesday.

Initial purchasers have an option to buy up to an additional $90 million of notes.

The company expects the offering to close Friday, with net proceeds earmarked for general corporate purposes and other things.
