Rithm Capital Prices $500 Million Senior Notes Offering

04:52 PM EDT, 05/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Rithm Capital (RITM) has priced an offering of $500 million of 8.5% senior unsecured notes due 2031, the company said late Tuesday.

The offering is expected to be completed Thursday, and net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, the company said.
