Sector Update: Financial

The Philadelphia Housing Index was rising 0.2%, and the State Street Real Estate Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLRE) was decreasing 0.5%.
Bitcoin (BTC-USD) was declining 2.1% to $69,413, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries climbed 5.2 basis points to 4.39%.
In economic news, US private-sector output growth hit an 11-month low in March as the Middle East conflict boosted input costs for businesses, S&P Global's (SPGI) data showed.
In corporate news, Blackstone (BX) intends to invest $15 billion in the Japanese property market over a three-year period, targeting data centers, hotels and logistics facilities, Nikkei Asia reported Tuesday, citing comments from Nadeem Meghji, Blackstone's global head of real estate. Blackstone shares were down 1.4%.
