11:31 AM EST, 12/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Financial stocks were advancing in recent Wednesday trading, with the NYSE Financial Index and the State Street Financial Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLF) each adding 0.5%.

The Philadelphia Housing Index rose 0.9%, and the State Street Real Estate Select Sector SPDR ETF increased 0.7%.

Bitcoin (BTC-USD) was shedding 0.4% to $87,062, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries was decreasing 2 basis points to 4.15%.

In corporate news, Blackstone (BX) shares rose 0.3% after the company said overnight that it expects to record more than $1 billion in realized revenues from investment realizations between Oct. 1 and Dec. 23, 2025.
