National Bank Holdings Gets Fed Approval for Vista Bancshares Acquisition

04:12 PM EST, 12/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- National Bank Holdings (NBHC) received Federal Reserve approval for its acquisition of Vista Bancshares.

In mid-September, National Bank Holdings (NBHC) agreed to acquire Vista Bancshares, the parent of Vista Bank, for $369 million in cash and stock.

The Fed also approved NBH Bank's merger with Vista Bank and its plan to establish and operate branches at Vista Bank's current locations, the central bank said Tuesday.
