SpaceX Launches First Bond Issuance

08:25 AM EDT, 06/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- SpaceX (SPCX) has commenced its first offering of senior unsecured notes, the proceeds of which will be used to repay outstanding borrowings under its bridge loan facility and to pay related fees and expenses, with the rest going toward general corporate purposes, the company said in a Monday filing.

Financial details of the offering were not disclosed.
