* ISSUES EUR 500 MILLION SENIOR UNSECURED NOTES AND APPLIES FOR NOTES TO BE LISTED ON EURONEXT DUBLIN

* NOTES WILL MATURE ON 5 JUNE 2032, AND CARRY A FIXED ANNUAL COUPON OF 3.625%

* NOTES TO BE LISTED ON REGULATED MARKET OF EURONEXT DUBLIN
