Molson Coors Beverage Company Announces Proposed Public Offering of United States Dollar-Denominated Senior Notes

GOLDEN, Colo. & MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Molson Coors Beverage Company (TAP/A) announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering (the ?Offering?) of U.S. dollar-denominated senior notes (the ?Notes?). The Offering is expected to close on or about May 27, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

Molson Coors (TAP/A) intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering for general corporate purposes, including the repayment of the $2.0 billion 3.00% Senior Notes due 2026.
