Market Chatter: Kraft Heinz Unit Looking to Raise $1.18 Billion From Euro Notes Offering

06:04 AM EDT, 05/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kraft Heinz's (KHC) Kraft Heinz Foods unit is planning to offer 1 billion euros ($1.18 billion) in notes, tapping Europe's bond market to raise funds for dollar notes' buybacks, Bloomberg reported Thursday, citing a source familiar with the matter.

The company plans to offer an equal amount of five-year and eight-year notes under the offering and pricing is expected late Thursday, according to the report.

Kraft Heinz (KHC) did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for a comment.
