Goldman Sachs, Credit Agricole Enforcement Orders Lifted by Federal Reserve

11:55 AM EDT, 04/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The Federal Reserve Board said Thursday it has terminated a 2018 cease-and-desist order against Goldman Sachs (GS) , effective March 25, after the firm addressed regulatory concerns.

The Fed also ended a 2015 enforcement action against Credit Agricole and its corporate and investment banking unit, as well as a 2018 order against Mega International Commercial Bank, including its US branches.

Shares of Goldman Sachs (GS) were down 0.3% in Thursday trading.
