Bunge Global's Unit Prices $1.2 Billion Senior Notes Offering

05:57 AM EDT, 03/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bunge Global (BG) said late Tuesday its Bunge Limited Finance unit priced a public offering of $1.2 billion in senior unsecured notes.

The notes comprise of $500 million in 4.8% senior notes due 2033 and $700 million in 5.150% senior notes due 2036.

Net proceeds from the offering, which is set to close Thursday, will be used for general corporate purposes, including debt repayment, capital expenses and investments in subsidiaries.
