Brent skids to $88/barrel, Dutch natural gas falls 13% after President Trump speaks to President Putin, on Iran declares "the war may be over very soon", "weighing further easing of Russia oil sanctions", "U.S. navy to escort tankers through Strait of Hormuz." The US dollar (USD) retraces versus G10 and emerging markets, Sweden's SEK, Australia's AUD, South Africa's ZAR and Hungary's HUF lead gains. 10-year U.S. Treasury dips to 4.098%, 2s/10s flattens to 55bps. 10-year Bund -2bps to 2.84%, 2s/10s bull steepens to 58bps.

-- Norway's consumer price index slows to 2.7% year over year in February from 3.6% in January, core CPI dips to 3.0% year over year from 3.4%. EUR/NOK off 11.0958 low.
