Waste Connections Announces Senior Notes Offering

11:32 AM EST, 03/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Waste Connections (WCN) on Thursday said that it plans to proceed, subject to market and other conditions, to offer senior notes in an underwritten public offering.

The company further said that the notes will be senior unsecured obligations of the company. It did not disclose the size of the offering.

The company plans to use the net proceeds, together with cash on hand, to repay a portion of the borrowings outstanding under its revolving credit facility.

The company's shares were last seen down $1.64 to $230.03 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
