Ameren Prices $400 Million Debt Offering

04:33 AM EST, 02/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ameren (AEE) said late Thursday it priced a $400 million public offering of 5% senior notes due 2036 at 99.802% of principal amount.

The company expects the offering to close Wednesday and plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
