Ameren Announces Pricing of Senior Notes due 2036

ST. LOUIS, Feb. 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Ameren Corporation (AEE) announced today the pricing of a public offering of $400 million aggregate principal amount of 5.00% senior notes due 2036 at 99.802% of their principal amount. The transaction is expected to close on March 4, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

Ameren (AEE) intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, including to repay a portion of its short-term debt, including short-term debt incurred to refinance Ameren's (AEE) 3.65% senior notes due 2026 upon maturity.

BNY Mellon Capital Markets, LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
