Chemours Plans $600 Million Senior Notes Offering

11:01 AM EST, 02/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Chemours (CC) said Thursday it plans to offer $600 million of senior unsecured notes due 2034.

Net proceeds will be used to redeem its 5.375% senior notes due 2027 and a portion of its 5.750% senior notes due 2028, it said.

Shares were down over 2% in recent trading.
