03:43 PM EST, 02/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Financial stocks were lower in late Friday afternoon trading, with the NYSE Financial Index shedding 0.3% and the State Street Financial Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLF) down 0.2%.

The Philadelphia Housing Index climbed 1.1%, and the State Street Real Estate Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLRE) advanced 1.3%.

Bitcoin (BTC-USD) was increasing 4% to $68,830, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries was shedding 4.8 basis points to 4.06%.

In corporate news, Neptune Insurance (NP) shares climbed 11% after BMO Capital upgraded the stock to outperform from market perform and adjusted its price target to $20 from $25.
