EU court says Polish WIBOR mortgage rate not inherently abusive

WARSAW, Feb 12 (Reuters) - A mortgage contract ?clause containing a reference ?to the Warsaw ?Interbank Offered Rate (WIBOR) ?does not, ?in ?principle, create a ?significant imbalance between ?the bank and the ?consumer, the ?top ?EU court said on Thursday.
