09:49 AM EST, 02/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Alexandria Real Estate Equities (ARE) said Tuesday it has launched an underwritten public offering of senior notes, subject to market conditions.

Alexandria said it expects to use the proceeds primarily to repay commercial paper borrowings tied to its previously announced cash tender offer for outstanding senior unsecured notes.
