AdaptHealth Says Moody's Upgraded Ratings of Subsidiary

08:53 AM EST, 01/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AdaptHealth (AHCO) said Tuesday that Moody's Ratings, the credit rating agency of Moody's (MCO), has recently upgraded the ratings of AdaptHealth LLC, the company's indirect subsidiary.

The ratings upgrade includes the Corporate Family Rating to Ba2 from Ba3 and the senior unsecured notes rating to B1 from Ba3, AdaptHealth (AHCO) said.

Shares of AdaptHealth (AHCO) were up over 1% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
