Uniti Group Launches $500 Million Senior Notes Offering

09:00 AM EST, 01/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Uniti Group (UNIT) said Wednesday that its subsidiaries have launched a private offering of $500 million in 8.625% senior notes due 2032.

The notes will be issued by Uniti Services, Uniti Fiber Holdings, Uniti Group Finance 2019 and CSL Capital.

Net proceeds, along with cash on hand, will be used to repay borrowings under Uniti Services' senior secured first lien term loan facility due 2031, as well as to cover related fees and expenses.
