Charter Closes $3.0 Billion Offering of Senior Notes

04:30 PM EST, 01/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Charter Communications (CHTR) reported late Tuesday the closing of $3.0 billion of senior unsecured notes.

The notes comprised of a $1.75 billion of 7.0% senior notes due 2033 and $1.25 billion of 7.375% senior notes due 2036, it said.
