Burford Capital Prices Upsized $500 Million Offering in 2024 Senior Notes

04:03 PM EST, 01/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Burford Capital (BUR) priced its upsized $500 million private offering of 8.5% senior secured notes due 2034, issued by its Burford Capital Global Finance subsidiary.

Proceeds will be used to redeem Burford Capital PLC's 5% notes due 2026 and for general corporate purposes, the company said Tuesday in a statement.

The offering, initially announced at $450 million, is expected to close Thursday.
