Brazil's public sector gross debt rises to 79% of GDP in November

BRASILIA, Dec 30 (Reuters) - Brazil's public sector gross debt hit ?79.0% of ?gross domestic ?product (GPD) in November, ?up ?from 78.4% the ?month before, ?central bank data showed on ?Tuesday.
