WSFS Financial Prices Senior Notes Offering

05:55 PM EST, 12/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- WSFS Financial (WSFS) said late Tuesday it has priced an underwritten public offering of $200 million of its fixed-to-floating rate senior unsecured notes due 2035.

Net proceeds will be used to repay $150 million of its fixed-to-floating rate senior unsecured notes due 2030, and for general corporate purposes, the company said.

The offering is expected to close Dec. 11, it added.
