Endeavour Silver Launches $300 Million Private Debt Offering

07:33 AM EST, 12/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Endeavour Silver (EXK) said Monday it launched a $300 million private offering of unsecured convertible senior notes due 2031.

The company expects to grant the initial purchasers an option to buy up to an additional $45 million of the notes.

Endeavour said it plans to use the net proceeds to repay its senior secured debt facility with ING Capital and Societe Generale, among other things.
