CIBC Cuts Vizsla Silver's Price Target To C$10.25 From C$11
BY MT Newswires | CORPORATE | 11/26/25 11:08 AM EST11:08 AM EST, 11/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CIBC Capital Markets Tuesday lowered Vizsla Silver
CIBC said the company is now off research restriction after it closed an offering of 5% convertible senior unsecured notes due 2031 for an aggregate principal amount of US$300 million.
According to CIBC, Vizsla's rationale in bolstering the company's balance sheet is understandable as it gives the company additional flexibility ahead of building the Panuco project in Mexico. But the timing and size likely caught some investors by surprise, CIBC said.
A next catalyst will likely be the potential receipt of the environmental permit in early 2026, CIBC said.
Vizsla traded 1.8% higher at last look Wednesday to C$6.39 per share on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
