Element Fleet Management Announces Proposed Private Offering of Senior Notes

10:32 AM EST, 11/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Element Fleet Management (ELEEF) on Wednesday said it intends to sell senior unsecured notes in a proposed private offering that will not be registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, subject to market and other conditions.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds from the notes offering for working capital and general corporate purposes, which may include the repayment of existing indebtedness.

The company's shares were last seen up $0.41 to $35.46 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
