01:26 PM EST, 11/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Financial stocks were advancing in Tuesday afternoon trading, with the NYSE Financial Index up 0.1% and the Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLF) adding 0.3%.

The Philadelphia Housing Index was fractionally higher, and the Real Estate Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLRE) was down 0.2%.

Bitcoin (BTC-USD) was falling 5.8% to $100,427.60, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries was decreasing 2 basis points to 4.09%.

In corporate news, Apollo Global Management (APO) shares jumped 5.6% after the company reported higher Q3 adjusted net income and revenue.
