03:35 PM EDT, 10/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Financial stocks gained in late Thursday afternoon trading with the NYSE Financial Index and the Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLF) each rising 0.5%.

The Philadelphia Housing Index was little changed, and the Real Estate Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLRE) added 0.6%.

Bitcoin (BTC-USD) fell 3.3% to $107,083, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries rose 3.5 basis points to 4.09%.

In corporate news, BlackRock (BLK) is among a group of lenders that filed a lawsuit seeking to recover over $500 million from Bankim Brahmbhatt, owner of two telecom services companies, over alleged fraud, the Wall Street Journal reported. BlackRock (BLK) shares rose 0.3%.
