Galaxy Digital Plans $1 Billion Private Debt Offering; Shares Down Pre-Bell

04:43 AM EDT, 10/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Galaxy Digital (GLXY) said late Monday that Galaxy Digital Holdings plans to launch a private offering of $1 billion of exchangeable senior notes due May 1, 2031.

The company also intends to grant the initial purchasers a 13-day option to acquire up to $150 million of additional notes.

Proceeds will be used for the group's core operating businesses and for general corporate purposes, the company said.

Galaxy Digital (GLXY) shares were down 9.3% in recent premarket activity Tuesday.
