Market Chatter: Morgan Stanley to Offer Investment-Grade Bonds

09:15 AM EDT, 10/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Morgan Stanley (MS) has started marketing investment-grade bonds in as many as five parts, Bloomberg News reported Friday, citing a person familiar with the matter.

The offering will include an 11-year bond, which will yield roughly 1.15 percentage points more than US Treasuries based on initial price discussions, the report said.

Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for general corporate purposes, the report added.

Morgan Stanley (MS) did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
