Carnival Corporation Launches $1.25 Billion Senior Notes Offering

08:57 AM EDT, 09/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Carnival Corporation (CCL) said Tuesday it has commenced a private offering of new senior unsecured notes worth $1.25 billion, expected to mature in 2029.

The cruise company said it intends to use the proceeds, together with cash on hand, to fully redeem its $2 billion 6% senior unsecured notes due 2029.
