Bit Digital Proposes $100 Million Public Offering of Notes

04:58 PM EDT, 09/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bit Digital (BTBT) reported late Monday a proposed public offering of $100 million of its convertible senior notes due 2030.

The underwriters in the offering will be given a 30-day option to buy an additional $15 million in notes, to cover over-allotments.

The company plans to use net proceeds to buy Ethereum and fund potential investments, acquisitions and other business opportunities in digital assets, the firm added.

Bit Digital (BTBT) shares were down around 11% in recent after-market activity.
