Starwood Property Trust Prices $500 Million Debt Offering

04:19 AM EDT, 09/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Starwood Property Trust (STWD) said late Monday it priced a private offering of $500 million worth of 5.250% unsecured senior notes due 2028 at 100% of principal.

The offering is expected to settle on Oct. 6.

The company plans to allocate an amount equivalent to the net proceeds from the offering to finance eligible green and social projects, it said.
