AMN Healthcare Prices $400 Million Senior Notes Offering

05:07 PM EDT, 09/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AMN Healthcare Services (AMN) said late Monday a subsidiary has priced a $400 million private offering of 6.50% senior unsecured notes due 2031 at par of their face value.

AMN said it plans to use the proceeds to help redeem all of the $500.0 million of 4.625% senior unsecured notes due 2027 outstanding. It expects to close the offering Oct. 6.
