Block Prices Upsized $2.2 Billion Private Debt Offering

05:38 AM EDT, 08/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Block (XYZ) said late Wednesday it priced a private placement of $1.2 billion of 5.625% senior notes due Aug. 15, 2030, and $1 billion of 6% senior notes due Aug. 15, 2033.

The offering was upsized from a previously planned $1.5 billion.

The company expects the offering to close Monday and plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
