Euronet Worldwide Prices $850 Million Debt Offering

04:27 AM EDT, 08/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Euronet Worldwide (EEFT) said Thursday it has priced its private placement of $850 million of 0.625% convertible senior notes due 2030.

Initial purchasers have been granted a 13-day option to purchase up to $150 million additional notes.

Net proceeds from the offering, which is set to close this Friday, will be used to repay outstanding borrowings under the company's existing unsecured revolving credit facility and for other general corporate purposes.
