Denison Mines Offers $250 Million of Convertible Senior Notes

05:47 PM EDT, 08/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Denison Mines (DNN) said late Tuesday that it is offering $250 million of convertible senior unsecured notes due 2031.

The company said it expects to grant initial purchasers an option to buy up to an additional $37.5 million of notes.

The shares were down over 11% in after-hours trading.
