Zoetis Prices $1.85 Billion Debt Offering

04:46 AM EDT, 08/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Zoetis (ZTS) said late Monday it priced a public offering of $1.85 billion of senior notes, consisting of $850 million of 4.15% notes due 2028 and $1 billion of 5% notes due 2035.

The company expects the offering to close Aug. 18 and plans to use the net proceeds to repay the principal of its 4.5% senior notes due 2025 in the total principal amount of $750 million and its 5.4% senior notes due 2025 in the amount of $600 million, among other things.
