Burford Capital Closes $500 Million Debt Offering

07:19 AM EDT, 07/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Burford Capital (BUR) said Monday it completed a new issuance of $500 million of 7.5%, eight-year senior notes Friday.

The company plans to use the net proceeds to repay bonds due in 2025 at their maturity date and the remainder for general corporate purposes.
