New York Mortgage Trust Prices $85 Million Senior Notes Offering

05:20 PM EDT, 06/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- New York Mortgage Trust (NYMT) said late Monday it has priced a public offering of $85 million of 9.875% senior notes due 2030.

The company said it offered underwriters a 30-day overallotment option to buy up to an additional $12.75 million of the notes.

Net proceeds of the offering, expected to be completed July 8, will be used for general corporate purposes, the company said.

Shares of the company rose 1.5% in recent after-hours activity.
