HA Sustainable Prices Tender Offer Terms for 2026, 2027 Notes

12:50 PM EDT, 06/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- HA Sustainable Infrastructure Capital (HASI) reported Friday the pricing terms of its tender offers for its 3.375% senior notes due 2026 and 8.00% green senior unsecured notes due 2027.

Holders who tendered in their notes by June 26 will receive $984.94 for the 2026 senior notes and $1,044.14 for the green senior unsecured 2027 notes per $1,000 principal amount, the company said. The offer includes a $30 early tender premium.

Earlier, the firm raised the maximum amount of the tender offers to $700 million from $500 million of the notes. The tender offer is scheduled to expire on July 14.
