VICI Properties Announces Closing of $750 Million Senior Unsecured Notes Offering

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- VICI Properties Inc. (VICI) announced today that its subsidiary, VICI Properties L.P. (the ?Issuer?), has completed its public offering of $750 million in aggregate principal amount of 5.125% senior unsecured notes due 2031 (the ?Notes?). The Notes were issued at 99.643% of par value and will mature on November 15, 2031.

The Issuer intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay its outstanding $750 million in aggregate principal amount of 3.500% senior notes due 2025.
