NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- On October 13, 2021, Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA) assigned the long-term rating of AA+ with a Stable Outlook to the City of Los Angeles? General Obligation Bonds Series 2021-A (Taxable) (Social Bonds) and General Obligation Refunding Bonds Series 2021-B (Tax-Exempt).
