* NXP ANNOUNCES PRICING OF SENIOR UNSECURED NOTES OFFERING

* NXP- ANNOUNCED PRICING OF PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED OFFERING BY UNITS OF $1,000 MILLION 2031 NOTES AND $1,000 MILLION 2041 NOTES

* 2031 NOTES WILL BEAR INTEREST AT 2.500% PER ANNUM AND WILL MATURE ON MAY 11, 2031

* 2041 NOTES WILL BEAR INTEREST AT 3.250% PER ANNUM AND WILL MATURE ON MAY 11, 2041
