Infinity Natural Resources Plans $500 Million Private Debt Offering

09:53 AM EDT, 03/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Infinity Natural Resources (INR) said Tuesday its unit intends to offer $500 million of senior notes due 2031 in a private placement, subject to market conditions.

The unit plans to use the net proceeds to repay outstanding borrowings under its credit agreement alongside funding general corporate purposes, Infinity Natural Resources (INR) said.

Shares of the company were up over 1% in Tuesday trading.
