09:00 AM EDT, 03/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Health care stocks were falling premarket Thursday, with the State Street Health Care Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLV) down 0.3% and the iShares Biotechnology ETF (IBB) 0.9% lower.

Indivior (INDV) shares were down more than 6% after the company said it plans a $400 million private offering of convertible senior unsecured notes due March 15, 2031.
