Texas Instruments prices $700 million of investment grade notes

DALLAS, Aug. 10, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Texas Instruments Incorporated (TXN) today announced the pricing of two series of senior unsecured notes for an aggregate principal amount of $700 million. The notes consist of the following:

  • $400 million of 3.650% senior unsecured notes due August 16, 2032; and
  • $300 million of 4.100% senior unsecured notes due August 16, 2052.

TI expects to use the net proceeds of this offering for general corporate purposes. The offering is expected to close on August 16, 2022.
